Welcome to K.F.T. Matrunola: Sermons
Mr. K.F.T. Matrunola was pastor at Salem Chapel Portsmouth from 1971 to 1994.
Mr Matrunola often, but not exclusively, preached consecutively. From 1983 his sermons were recorded: this resulted in a collection of tapes of his sermons, many of which formed a series on specific passages or topics. These sermons are now being digitised and published on this website with the desire that these sermons may yet be made a blessing to subsequent generations.
The 'Series' tab list the series of sermons preached.
The 'Sermons' tab lists all the sermons including those within a series to enable them to be listed and selected by Bible book.
It must be remembered that the tapes were originally recorded so that when any member of the congregation was away they could catch up by listening to the tape. The quality of the recording varies at times.
Digitising these recordings is an ongoing project.
At this initial stage there are 3 series: The Names of Christ in the Old Testament (8 sermons): The Temptation of Christ (5 sermons) and the "Hexapla" (6 sermons) these, along with 44 other sermons gives a total of 63 sermons.
